Learning yoga with colleagues from your leadership team, board, or work group strengthens camaraderie
and is a low-key, enjoyable way to be together outside the pressures of work.
Yoga is a great addition to a workout program and is excellent cross-training for other sports.
In Lisa's classes, participants:
- Reduce stress and sharpen mental focus through simple breathing and awareness practices
- Increase flexibility – gradually and safely – especially in the shoulders, hips,
and legs
- Build overall strength and endurance with a particular focus on core-body strengthening
- Relax deeply
While each class is sequenced differently, all incorporate the full spectrum of yoga poses: twists,
backbends, hip-openers, forward folds, arm balances, and inversions.
Fees
$180 per 75-minute class at your workplace. Each participant’s fee will depend on the size
of your group. For example, $180 divided by:

Logistics
You can:
- Invite a group to participate
- Reserve a conference room or similar space for classes
Then, Lisa does the rest. She will:
- Bring all equipment
- E-mail participants before the session begins with questionnaires on goals for the class
and any injuries
- Collect payments and track attendance
- E-mail weekly one-page readings relevant to class

Before committing to a session of classes, your group is welcome to try one sample class,
